In the speech room I used them to play an activity working on listening comprehension/main idea. The students each had to listed to a paragraph and then they could buzz in to answer.
In my group, one little friend is a much faster processor. So we played 'rounds.' Once they answered by buzzing first, they had to sit out the next two rounds. This way everyone had their turns at enough trials.
